Cancellation Policies

Al-la-carte classes:

There will be no refunds granted for attendee cancellations of al-la-carte purchases

Virtual Hands-On classes:

We will make our best efforts to reschedule any Virtual Hands-On class that has been canceled. If a Virtual Hands-On class is rescheduled, you will receive notification of the new date and time via the email you have provided.

There will be no Virtual Hands-On Education Subscription refunds for:

• Classes that have been rescheduled
• Classes that have been canceled
• Classes that you do not wish to, or cannot, partake in

E-Learning LIVE classes:

E-Learning LIVE classes are subject to change. There will be no subscription refunds for E-Learning LIVE classes that are canceled, changed, or rescheduled.

If you are registered for an al-la-carte E-Learning LIVE or Virtual Hands-On class that is canceled by Evolve Salon Systems, you will receive an education credit to use towards future classes.
